Our Services
We create Eco-Friendly all natural pure soy candles and provide custom labels for guest favors, bridal gifts, and centerpieces. Our favors are available in two sizes: our Magic Moment™ (2oz votive) and 5 oz jar. Our 16 oz candle makes the perfect bridal gift or centerpiece.

If you want to make your own guest favors or centerpieces, our pricing is:
16 oz. used for your centerpiece or bridal gift: $25.00 each with custom designed label
To make your own favors:
1 box of our standard 18 Magic Moments™ (unwrapped): $22.50.
- If you prefer our wedding white in any of our fragrances, the minimum order is 6 boxes or 108 Magic Moments™: $135.00
5oz. jars: minimum 12 candles for wedding white or our standard color and fragrance: $6.50 each or $78.00 for 12.
- We do not offer custom wax colors when you make your own favors.
- Choose traditional glass or eco-friendly natural cork lids.
We can create your personalized labels. Prices start at $25. Please email us for a quote.
Color or Fragrance Consultations:
If you wish to view the favors, gifts and centerpieces or to enjoy the fragrance you may do so upon appointment before you place an order at no additional charge. All consultations will be held at Blue Stone Studio in Easthampton, MA. Please contact Marie to make an appointment via email: marie@bluestonestudioonline.com or call 413-559-8500.
Appointments are required. Standard Consultation Hours are: Mon: 3-6pm, Tues: 3-9pm, Wed: 3-9pm, Sat: 11am-3pm, Sun: 11am-2pm. Other hours can be arranged upon mutual agreement.
Custom Colors:
If you are in need of an espresso brown, navy blue, or a teal we can do our best to give you the most perfect coloring for our 100% pure soy candle. There is an up charge for custom colors that is $45.00 with a minimum order of 108 Magic Moment™ (votives) or 36 jars per size.
Please email us to see if your color can be created with the fragrance you selected.

Proofs of Your Label
An email will be sent to you with a PDF file for viewing.
No charge for orders of $50.00 or more
$15.00 to email a proof if the order is under $50.00
Any changes made to the original order after viewing the proof will result in additional design time charges, they will be billed by the hour at $25/hr.
Adding Your Own Photo or Artwork:
Upload your own photo, artwork or logo: $25.00 additional charge for the order
An email will be sent with image instructions if this option is chosen.
Terms and Conditions
- All work is a custom design.
- Choice of standard soy colors.
- All candles can be poured in white (whites will vary upon fragrance choice).
- Unscented candles available for centerpieces or favors at no extra charge.
- 50% down payment to accept the order.
- No refunds if cancelled.
- Pick up at Blue Stone Studio, 150 Pleasant St #325, Easthampton, MA upon appointment.

- If we ship, then all shipping is charged. We ship:

Delivery:
Delivery time for standard or wedding white candle: minimum of 25 business days
Delivery time for custom colored candle: minimum of 50 business days
Payment
We require a 50% deposit at the time of ordering. You will receive an invoice after we receive your order and all the charges are calculated.
The remaining 50% is due at pick up or upon shipping.
